Known for her down-to-earth nature and easygoing personality, Kelly makes every visit feel comfortable and fun—her clients love the results as much as they love the time they spend with her.

Michelle has perfected the skill of spray tanning over the last 16 years. She is meticulous and extremely professional. Her custom blended spray tan solution is the perfect match for every client whether its a very natural or very bronze look they are trying to achieve. Her friendly yet laid back attitude puts even first time clients at ease. Michelle takes extreme pride in her work and is always available for questions before, during and after a spray tan appointment.

Katie is a graduate of the Paul Mitchell School of South Carolina and has been part of our Inde team since 2015. She continues to expand her skills through ongoing advanced education and is especially passionate about creating beautiful, lived-in color. From balayage to custom blonde techniques, Katie loves bringing out the best in her clients’ hair. With a bit of perfectionism and a fun, relaxed approach, she makes every appointment a fun, enjoyable, and confidence-boosting experience.

Braeden is the Skincare Lead for all three Blonde Collective salons, overseeing education and training for the entire team. She began her journey at Inde, assisting for five years before pursuing her passion at the Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics. Since then, she has mastered a wide range of skincare services, with facials being one of her specialties. Known for her gentle yet effective touch, Braeden loves helping clients achieve their best skin—combining relaxation with education so each guest leaves glowing and confident

Danielle graduated from Ailano School of Cosmetology in 2007. She has continued her education through programs like John Dellaria’s Pivot Point classes, which focus on special event styling, precision cutting and expert foiling. She has also attended balayage training through matrix and is certified in Pravana Vivid Color. In her short time with us she has already taken full advantage of the classes offered through Evolve. Her desire to keep her styling skills current clearly comes through in every service she provides. She has a passion for hair that has grown over her 10 years experience behind the chair.

Cara graduated from Mansfield Beauty Academy in 2005. (At that time she and Hillary met during her first apprenticeship!!) Cara worked on Newbury St for 8 years before moving down to Florida. She has since trained under top educators at Bumble and Bumble in New York as well as had extensive training through Wella, L’Oréal and Goldwell. While living in Florida for few years she studied Advanced Cutting at Vidal Sassoon in Miami. She came away with the understanding that to execute the ideal cut and color for a client you must truly be a custom design as far as placement and degrees at which you cut. Cara’s absolute favorite service to provide is balayage. She loves the individuality it allows her to achieve for every client.

Angela Gates is a Certified Aesthetic Registered Nurse. She specializes in the safest, most-effective, FDA-approved facial injectable services, such as botox and dermal fillers. Angela lives on the South Shore and has been a nurse for 16 years. Her passion for aesthetics sparked 8 years ago when she was lucky enough to work for an amazing Boston dermatologist. She finds joy in helping people improve their self confidence! Angela’s goal is to help you look like the best version of yourself, not someone else. Michelle is self motivated and passionate about skin care and all things beauty. After years in a corporate career she left to attend Elizabeth Grady and become a licensed Esthetician. Michelle’s dream is to share her love and knowledge of skin care and to help people improve the health and appearance of their skin. She believes she can truly impact someone’s life just by giving them the time to unwind, decompress and feel good about doing something for themselves. She is passionate about educating her clients on a treatment plan that would be best for them as well as a proper home care routine as she feels that it is the most important part of taking care of your skin.

Julie has always felt drawn to help people see how beautiful they are. She graduated from Le Moyne College with a Bachelors in Psychology and made the move to Massachusetts shortly after. She decided to enroll in Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy and when she joined our team at Inde she instantly felt at home. Julie specializes in “lived in” blonding through balayage, foilyage and other new techniques. She has a passion for continuing education and keeping your hair low maintenance for your busy life.

Amy graduated from Mansfield Beauty School in 2003 and has been working as a stylist in Massachusetts ever since. With nearly 20 years experience her skill set in both cutting and color is extensive. Working with many color lines over the years has given her a vast knowledge of color and the ability to help her clients achieve their color goals. She continues to take classes to stay on trend and her passion for making her clients feel even more beautiful is what drives her success. Amy loves working in an industry that feeds her creativity and passion for hair.

Rosshana was born and raised in Boston. She attended Empire Beauty School and received her cosmetology license in 2016. After graduating she worked and trained at Dellaria Salon and then at The Dry Bar. This is where she learned the how to do THE BEST blowout service. She then moved to Newbury St, and had the opportunity to work with Louise Rusk, the founder of Rusk Hair, as well as extensive trading with Goldwell. Rosshana is now working with us and continuing to grow and expand her knowledge in the industry. She is very passionate about what she does and loves to make people feel happy about themselves during and after their visit with her. Rosshanna is so sweet and truly genuine. Her smiles lights Inde up everyday!

Nikki has been passionate about skincare and beauty since childhood, turning that love into a thriving career. A 2015 graduate of Elizabeth Grady, she holds certifications in HydraFacial, lash lifts, and dermaplaning. Her journey began with a deep love for makeup, training under master makeup artists in Boston to refine her craft.

More than just delivering facials, Nikki is dedicated to creating a full, results-driven experience for her clients. She thrives on building step-by-step treatment plans, helping skin transform and glow from within. For her, the beauty industry never feels like work—it’s a passion that fuels her every day!

Kerry is a hairstylist with a passion for creating effortlessly beautiful, lived-in color, soft blonding, and customized layered cuts. A graduate of the prestigious Toni&Guy Academy in Braintree, she has built her craft through extensive training in upscale salons and a background as a freelance makeup artist. Kerry blends artistry with precision, tailoring each look to her clients’ unique features and lifestyle.

In the salon, Kerry’s chair is designed to feel like a retreat—luxurious, calming, and welcoming. She prides herself on listening closely to her clients, ensuring they feel understood and cared for throughout their visit.
